What is your shipping Policy?

Original Art must be properly packaged and I am the person who does this.  It can take a day or a week for this, depending on the size of the work.    Certain very heavy items require  special attention to get you the best shipping rates. I will contact you if the size of your item requires special pricing.

PRINTS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:  Shipping for standard prints is handled by the printer (Bay Photo).  If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact support@bayphoto.com with your order number for further instructions.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies: Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.  All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.  Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times. Any Freighting Fees may be billed to the fulfillment artist separately after processing your order.  Please contact support@bayphoto.com for freight fees before the order is placed.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests : If you reside outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us at +1 800-435-6686 regarding your shipping preferences.APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

FRAMED PRINTS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:  Due to the personal nature of selecting and ordering frames, framed print purchases are final.

ORIGINAL ART RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:  Purchase of original art is final.  Original art is carefully packed and shipped UPS. Your shipping fees reflect only the cost of shipping in the US. Additional charges may apply for international orders (including AK and HI). I will contact you if the weight of your item requires special pricing. Please contact me directly at winfreyarts@gmail.com for any other questions.  

COMMISSION PORTRAITS: Commission portraits are something I really love to create. If you live near to me, I can arrange a personal photo shoot at no additional cost to you.  If you don't, I'll send instructions and examples for photographing your subject.  I will not begin a painting until you have approved a rough sketch, usually digitally created, of the painting.  I'll require a non-refundable 50% deposit and then the balance when you get your painting. The price of a portrait depends entirely on the size requested.

CANCELING ORDERS:  Unless your product order has already gone into production, you can cancel it. Please contact winfreyarts@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

SHIPPING TO CANADA, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: While we are based in the United States, we happily ship orders to many non-US destinations. Please note, certain  items require our special attention to get you the best shipping rates. We will contact you if the weight of your item requires special pricing. If taxes, duties, brokerage fees or tariffs are imposed by a destination country, then our customers will be responsible for those. Larger sized orders that can’t be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx generally require an art shipping company; please contact WINFREYARTS@GMAIL.COM if you are ordering a painting larger than 48x48 inches. Customers can use their own brokerage carrier; simply contact me via my gmail or the website contact button and we will coordinate with you directly.
